It’s Almost National Wedding Planning Day! Here’s How to Celebrate

Last year, we officially declared March 1 National Wedding Planning Day. It immediately follows proposal season—November through February, when nearly 40 percent of couples get engaged—so for many newly engaged couples, it’s high time to wrap up the celebrations and begin putting pen to paper (not that there’s anything wrong with a prolonged celebration).

So to kick off wedding planning season, we’re hosting an epic all-day Facebook Live event starting at 9 a.m. on March 1. Yes, we’re dedicating the entire day to all things wedding planning, and yes, there will be prizes. You won’t want to miss it.

Hosted by The Knot editor-in-chief Kristen Maxwell Cooper and senior editor Ivy Jacobson, the experts here will be breaking down everything you need to know to get your wedding planning right on track. Between themes, money, vendors, attire, beauty, registry, etiquette and more, you have a lot to look forward to—and we promise, you’ll be more excited to plan your wedding than ever.

Make sure to tune in on to The Knot Facebook page for the all-day event on March 1 (a huge announcement may be made) and in the meantime, download our All-In-One Wedding Planning app to get the party started.

Happy wedding planning indeed.
