Calling all beer lovers: Miller High Life is now releasing something that’s perfect for your wedding festivities.
Yes, when you think of holiday libations, wine and spirits might immediately come to mind—but the brand is giving consumers a reason to consider beer a party-ready beverage too.
“Beer [is] a special drink for the holidays—something just as festive as champagne,” says Taylor Brown, marketing manager for Miller Coors.
You may or may not be familiar with the Milwaukee-based brand’s slogan, but for the first time ever, the “The Champagne of Beers” is releasing their product in 25.4-ounce champagne-style bottles nationwide right in time for holiday parties.
So, quite literally, you can get your hands on the champagne of beers this holiday season right in time for any winter wedding festivities you may have.
While Miller’s embraced champagne-inspired packaging in the past—available for sale only in Milwaukee and Chicago—this is the first time the bottles will be available everywhere. According to their website, you should easily be able to get your hands on them in participating grocery stores, liquor shops and even bars across the country.
And since the suggested retail price is just $3.49 per bottle, it’s a significantly cheaper alternative to champagne (and arguably tastier, if you happen to prefer beer to begin with). New Year’s wedding favors, perhaps?
According to Miller, the bottles will only have a limited run through the holiday season, so stock up while you can.
