Paula Creamer, once known as “the sexiest female golfer in the world”, officially spoke after the noisy revolves around alleged allegations that she had been exchanging sex to develop her career.
In a recent exclusive interview, Creamer expressed his deep indignation and disappointment at the unfounded rumors. “I have worked hard for my whole life to get your position today. I never thought that at this point, I still face such gender discrimination and slander,” she said.
American golfer, who has won many prestigious titles in her career, affirms that she succeeds thanks to the dedication, discipline and intense passion for this sport. “No one sees the training sessions for hours in the intense sun, or the times I have to play with injury. But just a false rumor can overshadow all these efforts,” Creamer said.
She also emphasized that this is not only a personal matter but also reflecting an alarming situation in sports – where female athletes are often assessed by appearance rather than achievements. “If a male athlete was successful, he was praised for his talent. But if it was a female, people asked what she had done to achieve that. It was unfair.”
Creamer hopes that she will spoke to be a wake -up bell for the sports community and the public to see more fairly and respectfully with female athletes. “I don’t need to prove anything to those who believe in rumors. I just want to send a message to the young girls: Believe in myself and do not let anyone make you suspect your values.”
