Guys—big announcement. It’s no secret we have a love for stationery, and obviously Rifle Paper Co. falls within that circle. It’s officially taking its designs one step further: They’ll soon be sold in fabric form through a collaboration with Cotton + Steel. The signature hand-painted flora, fauna and cityscapes will be available in a range of 25 colorful fabrics. What does this mean for you? All you Rifle lovers who shopped its wedding suites for your day can further indulge in its whimsical trendiness and dress your sofa with pillows, upholster an accent chair or, in general, DIY to your heart’s content with Rifle fabric. We’re even envisioning some seriously coordinated escort card displays with matching table linens and stationery sets. Or photo booth backdrops—the possibilities are endless.
“It was important to me that our fabric collection have a lot of flexibility, so they can create a range of products,” said Anna Bond, cofounder and creative director of Rifle Paper Co. “It’s been a fun challenge and we’ve put a lot of thought into what designs would work best on which materials. I’m really happy with this new category for Rifle Paper Co. and excited to see what people create.”
Fingers crossed the next step will be a home collection in which all the cutting and sewing is done for you, but for now, this is pretty awesome. The fabrics will range from $12 to $20 per yard and will be available for purchase at Rifle Paper Co. and at fabric retailers nationwide through Cotton + Steel.
