1. Deer Antler Decor
The antler trend really took off this year, probably because of the many ways they can easily be incorporated into weddings. They add a lodge-like feel to any venue. If you’re not into using real animal parts then a faux taxidermy head like this one is a chic and modern way to tie in this detail.

2. A Rustic, Romantic Reception Space
Think outdoors or an open and airy space on a ranch. Dirt floors and exposed beams add to the charm, while garlands and large-headed blooms make it romantic and beautiful. Consider a chandelier or hanging floral installation to fill high ceilings, but afraid to go minimal. Long farm tables (sans linens or with just a table runner) are a must and low centerpieces of fresh flowers in neutral hues set the tone perfectly.

3. A Neutral-Hued Buttercream Cake
Keep the color and flowers simple and let the texture of your wedding cake be the focal point. Details like wood slice cake stand and branchy accents on the cake table pull it altogether.

4. Rug Floor Decor
Rugs can help a sense of flow in your different spaces and a cowhide rug in a solid color speaks to the theme in a subtle way. The lounge area and under the escort card or cake tables are the perfect places to add a rug.

5. Moscow Mule Mugs
We’re calling it. Moscow mule mugs are the new mason jar and they fit right in at a rustic wild west wedding. Just like mason jars you can use these mugs for more than just drinking out of. Carry over the idea into your centerpiece vessel and use large copper pitchers to hold bunches of fresh wildflowers or small mugs cab be used for single-stems.
Buy here: Old Dutch 2-Ounce Copper Mugs, $39/set of 8, Amazon.com
6. Farm Animal Accents
Animal escort cards or brass accents on the reception table add a playful nod to the ranch living.

7. A Hearty Desert Plant Bouquet
Your bouquet is the perfect place to add a pop of color to an all-neutral color palette. Wild flowers incorporating hearty plants like succulents, air plants and king protea hold up well work with the textured look and feel of a wild, west wedding.

9. A Themed Lounge Area
The best part about getting married on a ranch is being able to enjoy the stars. A themed lounge area like this furniture made out of hay bales gives guests the perfect space to kick up their cowboy boots.
