[ ] Sketch of cake
[ ] Cost of cake (price per slice)
[ ] Number of slices (this may be adjusted later if guest count changes)
[ ] Delivery and setup fees (including how and when cake will be delivered)
[ ] Return fees (for stand, knife)
[ ] Cake-cutting fee (if applicable)
[ ] Location for deliver (Be exact on both the name and address of your reception site. Confirm with your site in advance if there’s a separate entrance for deliveries and provide the name and telephone number of an on-site contact.)
[ ] Any related items (cake stand or cake server) that need to be delivered and rental fees, if any
[ ] Take-home boxes for leftover cake or top-tier preservation
[ ] Additional wedding pro information (florist, caterer, photographer) if necessary
[ ] Total cost, including delivery
[ ] Deposit amount
[ ] Payments to be made, in what form, and dates due
[ ] To whom checks should be made out
