The High-Risk Drama Behind 3 names other than Solo who could confront Roman Reigns on SmackDown

Following the events of SummerSlam, fans are excited for the potential faceoff between Solo Sikoa and Roman Reigns on SmackDown. However, the company may save the same for a later date by having some other superstars show up to confront The Big Dog.

This article will take a look at three potential names who could come face-to-face with Reigns on SmackDown this week:

#3. Jacob Fatu’s replacement and new Bloodline member, Hikuleo, confronts Roman Reigns

Jacob Fatu seemingly suffered an injury after he put Cody Rhodes through the commentary table by nailing a Frog Splash during the main event at SummerSlam. The Samoan Werewolf was seen grimacing in pain. However, a recent report from Fightful Select claimed that the angle was pre-planned work. That said, Fatu may remain off television for a few weeks to sell the ‘injury.’

If so, Solo Sikoa could replace him with Tama Tonga’s half-brother, Hikuleo. The six-foot-eight-inch monster has been rumored to join the heel faction for quite some time, and that may finally happen this Friday. Given his size and caliber, Hikuleo could be a perfect replacement for Fatu in the latter’s absence.

Rather than confronting Roman Reigns face-to-face, Solo could send his latest recruitment and Jacob Fatu’s potential temporary replacement, Hikuleo, to confront the Original Tribal Chief. The former NJPW Strong Openweight Champion could join forces with Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa and spoil Reigns’ SmackDown return by laying waste to the former Universal Champion.

#2. Cody Rhodes comes face-to-face with the Original Tribal Chief

Roman Reigns’ timely interference at SummerSlam ensured Cody Rhodes retained the Undisputed WWE Title against Solo Sikoa. The American Nightmare thanked the Original Tribal Chief for the same during the post-show press conference.

With Roman set to make his return on SmackDown this Friday, Cody could extend an olive branch to the former Shield member, leading to the duo squashing their differences.

This potential angle could lead to the duo teaming up for a tag match against The Bloodline at Bash in Berlin.

#1. The Rock returns to replace Solo Sikoa as the leader of The Bloodline

While Solo Sikoa has crowned himself as the New Tribal Chief of The Bloodline, many believe The Rock has been pulling the strings behind the scenes. With the Street Champ being humiliated and decimated by Reigns at SummerSlam, The Final Boss may return to take command of The Bloodline officially.

The Rock could make an epic return to confront Roman this Friday. The former WWE Champion could announce himself as the new leader of The Bloodline before laying waste to the Original Tribal Chief.
